Cancellation Policy

Alta Voice agreements are typically for an annual term. For example, if you signed an annual agreement (for which may have either annual or monthly payments) it will automatically renew for successive 12-month periods. Alta Voice customers can opt out of the automatic renewal by sending a cancellation request to support@altavoice.ai at least 30 days prior to the renewal date and having a brief discussion with a member of our Support team. Cancellation requests received prior to the end of the agreed-upon contract period will effectively turn off automatic renewal. All payments for services rendered are non-refundable.
