Cancellation and Refunds

At Alta AI, we strive to ensure that our services meet the needs of our clients. If you find that our services are not suitable for your practice, you have the option to cancel your contract early. Please review the following terms regarding cancellations and refunds:

 

• Eligibility for Early Cancellation: Customers may cancel their contract within the first 45 days of service if they feel that Alta AI is not suitable for their practice.

 

• Early Cancellation Fee: An early cancellation fee of $500 will be applied at the time of cancellation.

 

• Refund Process: If you choose to cancel your contract, you may be eligible for a refund of any fees paid, minus the early cancellation fee. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the date of cancellation.

 

• Cancellation Procedure: To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer service team via email or phone. You will need to provide your account details and the reason for cancellation.

 

• Final Settlement: Upon cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the cancellation and any applicable fees or refunds.
