# Alta Voice — approved website direction

September 9, 2026 · Clinical Light, website edition

The new website gives Alta Voice a spacious, confident presentation grounded in the logo palette. White and Ink carry the page; Glacier and the blue-to-mint voice gradient provide restrained emphasis. The production system font replaces the earlier proposed display fonts. Product demonstrations, clear workflow copy, and attributed customer stories do the persuasive work.

## What defines it

- **A dental-first story:** practice owners and hygiene teams see what Alta Voice does and how it fits their day.
- **Readable product proof:** clinical notes, voice charting, and patient understanding each get room to explain themselves. Real UI keeps its own colors.
- **More space:** generous gutters, fluid display type, quiet borders, and editorial layouts establish hierarchy across the whole site.
- **Familiar brand colors:** Ink #0B1020, Glacier #99FFFF, white, and restrained #6C8CFF → #2DD4BF accents.
- **Purposeful motion:** subtle hero dots, alpine atmosphere, a slow 3D light field, and the retained gradient sweep on demo buttons. No waveform strips in closing sections.
- **Specific language:** always Alta Voice for the platform; Alta Notes and Alta Voice Perio for the products. Notes follow generate → review → edit → copy. Perio transfer depends on the actual software workflow.
- **One coherent site:** the main pages, webinars, readers, partner profiles, legal pages, and brand guide share the same visual language.

## What this updates

This website edition supersedes the August web font proposal and decorative waveform/divider treatment. It retains the approved Clinical Light palette, lit-bar identity, gradient restrictions, and human, direct voice. Earlier design options and the August guide remain historical references. This is not a blanket change to every existing print or email asset.

## Design approval and launch readiness

The selected design is the implementation reference. Design approval does not establish new product claims or confirm a recording shows the latest release. Before production, confirm current Notes/Perio captures, the final booking and CRM flow, tracking, route preservation, and accessible behavior. The website edition is a design specification, not a claim of completed production certification.
